After she got done counting I mentioned that we were boyfriend and girlfriend when we were 21 and to that I got a
Ewe YUCK that is gross.

Birthday Boy

We are so blessed to have this sweet boy in our family. He is a character like is sister but oh so loving and happy. He loves to beat and bang things and skoots around the house at break neck speeds. He loves chaing his sister and following his mommy. His newest thing is high five with two smacks followed by yeah clapping. He loved his cake that was made by Jamie . Owen is such a joy and We couldn't have asked God for a better baby.

Almost there

In less than a week my boy will be 1 I feel sad and happy at the same time. I love that he is getting a personality and being more of a little person but I miss my baby as this is our last baby. So as I was attempting to get photos for his invite I snapped the following photos he is such a character this little man of mine.How old are you going to be??? He doesn't do that it is just fitting for the photo LOL!!

11 Months and Counting (sadly)

In 31 short days my baby is going to turn 1 ugh I am going to miss my baby although he will still be my baby as will his sister it has seemed like this baby stage has flown by which is sad it has gone to quickly. Just thought I would share with you the 11 months photo taken last night at Applebees.

A picture for the memory books...

I can't find or didn't take any photos of Owen and my grandma Lola. So I refused to let that happen with my other grandma and again I either can't find or didn't take any of him with her up to this point either I am thinking I just can't find them but I have looked everywhere. To fix this issue I have on her birthday last week we made an impromptu trip to see her and did just that took some photos. Of course Owen and Maggie were crabby and we were inside and it was on manual mode so I dind't have to mess with lighting but I got photos none the less.

He was so tired he fell asleep in the swing poor little guy but if someone pushed me in a swing that I didn't have to hold onto I think I would fall asleep too!!

Unanswered Questions

I still have some many questions unanswered I doubt they will ever be answered but to put them out there maybe someday they will be…
Why did you leave me?
Why did I let them take you from me?
I know you were ready but I was not why did you have to go?
Why do I dream of you so often?
Are you trying to tell me something?
Did you know that day that we took you, you weren’t coming home?
Why did I stop at the store?
Or Come back to work to drop off a bid wasting my few precious hours left with you?
Why did I leave you that night?
Will I ever get the nerve to have my discussion with your doctor?
Why did I give you the contrast when I was second guessing it the entire time?
Would you still be here? Would you have made it to Owen’s 1st Birthday?
Should I have taken you sooner?
Why didn’t the office do a urine sample when we were there in January?
Would they have caught the UTI why didn’t I know you had pneumonia?
What went wrong and why couldn’t I fix it?
I doubt these will ever get answered but on her birthday today I think of her and wonder WHY.
My heart aches for you to come back.
I love you Grandma and miss you terribly Happy 1st Birthday in heaven.

Love Bug

Good light and a happy baby make for great photos he was such a ham on saturday you would have never known he was working on two more teeth. They have now broken through and as of today my baby has 7 teeth he as almost caught up to how many months old he is. EEKKK! Brian told him while we were on vacation that if he doesn't slow down his mommoy is going to want another baby. Goodness he is growing so fast I can barely remember when he was 8 lbs 9 oz although it didn't last very long that is for sure.

Honeydew

Owen had his first slice of honeydew at a resturant called The Frog Pond it is a fabulous place and we go there everytime we are in town. Delicious breakfast and you know how my husband is a breakfast freak. Owen liked it too as you can see.

Maggie loves to give her brother zurberts, Brian has found her like this before but this time I found her so I decided to snap a photo.

Our Celebration

Maggie woke up to the dining room being decorated with balloons and banners and presents. She was super excited. She got to take treats to school which consisted of little debbie brownies since you have to take packaged items. Then Brian and I picked her up early and took her to Toys R Us, where she got a balloon and her name announced over the intercom and had many happy birthdays wished to her. That was followed with a trip to Applebee's which she had been talking about for about 5 days. Then we came home opened presents she played dress-up in her new princess dresses and gave the final hugs to grandma and grandpa as they are traveling back to the not so warm Florida today. All in all I think she had a good day.

Happy Happy Birthday to Our Little Girl

Maggie turned 4 today. We are so blessed to have such a wonderful little girl. She has her moments but hey we all do and the sass that comes with 3's and 4's is unbelievable but I wouldn't change her for anything. She is snuggly and lovey. I see her growing and changing and can't imagine life without her, goodness we would be so bored. She adores school, she is learning so much(bad habits too) ah the joys of school. She loves her little brother too. She is so helpful. It makes me sad to think it was just 4 years ago she came into this world time has flown by and yet it hasn't. I just can't express how much this little person has change my life.

Breakfast With Santa

We had the annual breakfast with Santa at the firehouse. Maggie loved Santa this year Owen really did care but liked his beard once he noticed it. I just love this two little ones God has blessed me with.
