A Momentous Day In History

5 Years Ago today the Terrific Trio was born Consisting of Emma, Audrey and Christian.

Such adorable children have blessed everyone lives and their mommy and daddy I am sure a super proud of them.

Then a year later Jamie and Dale tied the knot.

August

We had fun in August our Baby Boy started to smile at the end of July but it was hard to catch. He is such a snuggler. He loves his sister as long as her hair isn’t in his face but of course she has to be on top of him LOL.
We got to go to Tennessee to visit the Johnson Clan and see the newly arrived Miss Chloe and the rest of the family which we haven’t been able to see since January. On the way home we stopped at the rest area to potty and take a bit of a break. Maggie has to ride on the school bus and made her daddy go with her as I was feeding Owen and being the photographer. She wanted to drive it was so darn cute.

That next Friday after we got home from TN Maggie got her tonsils removed. She was a trooper and did great mom and dad were frazzled and worried but she came through it great.
Then it was Uncle John’s birthday. We went out to dinner and Maggie got to love on her Uncle John.
Owen has turned into the chunky monkey which is just too darn cute and is growing like a weed.

July

Arrived quickly and ended just as fast.
Not much happened Owen turned one month way to fast.
We did get to the zoo and Mommy and Daddy had sometime off from the kiddos it was hard for mommy but it was great at the same time.




Maggie had her first offical cleaning at the dentist. She has been going to the dentist for 2 years now and this was her fifth visit but her very first cleaning and she did great.

June

Ok So I have been a blog slacker so I am just going to try and recap a few months LOL.
The summer has flown by and it is just been a whirlwind of activity and I am just now realizing all that I haven’t posted.
June was spent doing some fun things and expanding our family.
We went and saw my godson Chase play baseball and win the game. They were such cute kids to watch even though most of them at 11-12 year olds. He is so into it and they are a great team hopefully they get to play together again next year. Here are some pictures from the game.

That same week we had a bar b que at the grandparents house with Neil and Susan and Chris and Connor (Jennifer wasn’t feeling well). They had popsicles and were so cute.


The next day it rained and Maggie had to play in the rain she had to have the flower umbrella and her boots from Aunt Rachel on she looks so cute playing in the rain.

And of Course we had Owen on June 23rd.

Our Chunky Monkey

On friday Owen went to get his shots and my goodness he is a big guy which we knew but I never realized how big he really was I mean carrying him (in his carseat) is quite a chore but you have to do it so you don't think about the weight you just get on with it. Anyway my babies are in the exact same porportion. Owen at his 2 month check up weighs 16 lbs 4 oz and is 24 inches long. Maggie also weighed 16 lbs 8 oz and was 24 1/4 inches long the only difference was she was 6 months old. This information peeks my insterest to see what he is going to be like at 6 months.

6 years and going strong

I can't believe 6 years ago today I became Mrs. Brian McGuire. I don't think I could have picked a better person for me. The lord knew what he was doing all those years ago not letting us hit the right time until he was ready for us to be on the same page in life. I thank him each day for bring us together. Honey I love you and look forward to many more years together.

Slacker Mommy

I got the camera out tonight and tried to get some good pictures of Owen for his 6 weeks eventhough it was 2 days ago. I love the photos just not perfect yet I have a lot of practice to go. I do have more pictures of things we have done just not really time to get everything done in a day maybe tomorrow I can get them all uploaded and post some blogs here shortly.

2 Weeks Old

I am a bit late in posting this but it works right?!? Anyway we have all been adjusting some better than others (read : Daddy is back in the swing of things, lol)! Today was the first day I actually felt like a normal human, yeah i have felt good other days but I have been plagued with the baby blues of course it is completely normal but I was just wishing it would go away, well I feel as if I have been on the down hill slide of the blues today! Owen has been doing great i have had two nights with 4 hours of straight sleep the rest has been about every 2 or so by the time he eats and I get back in bed and asleep. Maggie loves her little brother and wants to hold him constantly which is nice most of the time. She can be a bit aggressive at times but for the most part she is doing great with him. She really loves when she goes to bed now Owen lays with her while I read her books, she gets to have one last cuudle with him before bed. Anyway I have more pictures to post just haven't gotten them off the other camera. Maggie had a similar photo taken when she was 24 days old it is at the bottom of my blog, if you want to compare the two monkeys!

Long Awaited Room Pictures

Well Owen's room is ready for the most part we just need to move the glider from one bedroom to the other but I don't know how big sister is going to take moving her chair.

37 weeks

I decided to take a picture today because I don't know how much long it is going to be the dr said anyday now but that could be today or it might be 2 weeks from now regardless I needed a picture before this child decides to vacate his current home. It isn't the greatest photo I think my camera is dirty but it will do for what I want. I have other photos to post just to darn lazy to do so, LOL!

Two Posts in one day.

Well I had to take a belly picture for a friend of mine to post on her blog so I thought I would share it with those that don't read her blog too. Here I am at 32 weeks 6 days almost to the 7 weeks left mark and according to that it will be 49 days left to go tomorrow when you say 7 weeks it seems like a longer time than 49 days scary to say the least!!! and on another note way to go PARKER woohoo!!!

Here are some photos of our newly started garden and Maggie friend wormy whom I am sure is now gone to live in wormy heaven. She was digging up all kinds of worms in our compost pile it was too cute although she wouldn't come near them without gloves on.
