My Little Shutter Bug

Maggie was going around the house this afternoon trying to take pictures I got her to say cheese and hold the camera in the right direction, she was holding it backwards to start off. Just thought I would share since I haven't had the camera out in a while just in a slump I guess.

Monday Monday

Oh well today was a typical monday nothing much new or fantastic to report but I do I have some pictures to share from yesturday at my cousin's birthday party.

My Baby's First Car

Last night Brian and I went to Toys R Us and got Maggie a Cozy Coupe and boy does she love it she had ablast this morning for the little bit she got to play in it before we were off to breakfast. But she will get to play much more this week.

My Inner Child

wants to come out I guess. This afternoon after Maggie woke up from her nap we got the sidewalk chalk out adn drew in the driveway. I did most of the drawing as you can see but she had fun watching and (I know it's gross) eating the chalk. Brian and I were busy bees today went to 2 banks this morning, then to the park for a walk and played at the playground. Then home for lunch and off to the hardware store. Back home again Maggie to bed then outside the weed the block patio, clean the garage and mildew off of the siding what a chore, but the house looks great on the outside at least and the garage would now almost house two vehicles if it weren't for a harley and the wagon but oh well I am not complaining I get to park in the garage. WEll I am off to do pilates I had custard this evening my goodness it is alot of points so yes I have to do more exersice to try and balance. Hope everyone had a nice saturday!!

Keepin' Cool Challenge Picture

I kind of feel like a cheat but Brian took this on vacation and it is so darn cute I couldn't resist, my baby loves ice cream and those of you who know Brian knows she gets it honestly. He would make ice cream its own food group if he could and eat it at every meal kind of like fruits and veggies (unlimited amounts are best)!!

Also we all shared ice cream after we were sick and grandpa never got it (weird I know) but I figured ice cream is too cold germs can't live on it hehe!!!

Today was fun finally feeling 99% better and got to hang out with Maggie all day and night. We ran to target this morning and then had lunch with my mom. Maggie fell asleep on the way home and took a nice nap. Then after dinner tonight we drove up to the park (they just oiled and rocked the roads so no walking there yet)! Took a walk around the park and then played at the playground and goodness it was H-O-T hot!! Anyway this picture is from the park tonight. Brian just got home so I am going to go hang with my hubby ...good night all!

We are Back!!

And glad to be home!! Lets just say it was a interesting trip. WE won't up Wednesday morning to a messy crib if you know what I mean (poo..)!! That must have started the downward spiral! WE drove to Chicago and then walked to Michigan Avenue just to sight see a bit the last time we were there it was November and snowing this time was much more enjoyable. After Michigan avenue we decided to go back to the hotel and then proceeded to go to Navy Pier 1.5 miles each way(woohoo got a workout in pushing a stroller)! Thursday was a late start we decided to go to the zoo but no one got out of bed until 9 so we got to the zoo around 1 but the weather was beautiful while we were there. The zoo was cool but Maggie wasn't really into it yet. She did like the penguin house and the seal exhibit!! They also had a working farm and she and daddy got to feed a cow! They had immediate hand washing facilities too! After the zoo we drove back to Hotel and then we went to dinner at The rainforest Cafe ...after that the girls(Emily and Elizabeth) went swimming and Brian and I worked out and Uncle Tony Arrived about 10 from New York. During the day on Thursday Linda and I started feeling bad and just not ourselves. Friday morning we got up packed and Ate breakfast Maggie is finally starting to feel better it seems... We leave and go to the boat docks and see Aunt Julie's Parents sail boat and then walk to Millennium Park (got some cool pics there)! For lunch we went to Ed Debevic's ( the wait staff have horrible attitudes on purpose)! Then we drove to Tony's for the rest of vacation in the suburbs. Tony made us dinner friday night, pork chops, veggies and an awesome spinach salad. Saturday we got up and are contiplating leaving early as we all feel miserable, we decide it would be better to say another day who knows what tomorrow will bring (a miracale cure I am praying)! We decide to make a run for Ikea and take tony's luggage with us (he is leaving for singapore)! So we head to Ikea and find some awesome deals if they had one here I would so be in trouble!! Then we have dinner with cousin rick at Finn McCools' (awesome Irish pub but didn't think to take my camera shopping)!! Anyway Sunday we drive home and and it was an uneventful ride thank goodness!!! Brian and I were still sick yesturday so instead of spreading germs we decide to have a sunday and take the day off and head to the DR! There we find out we have Viral Intestinal Flu !!! YUCK is all I can say!!! I hopefully will get my pics downloaded tonight since we are feeling better and the housework is almost caught up! Hope everyone is doing well!

No pictures...I have been slacking with the camera!!! We are getting ready for vacation so I have been busy I will be back sunday evening hopefully with a full memory card! I didn't get an extra so I will most likely run out of memory half way through the trip!! Anyway hope everyone has a good week and stays in a good mood hopefully we can get together when we get back and hang out!! See you all soon!!

Blogger is being odd so I am going to try and post another entry. We went to my cousin's house for the 4th for a bit and I got to get my camera out it is difficult to do when you are in the pool with a toddler so I got to take 16 pictures and then had to put it away as there was a very large pool (in ground) that was calling her name. So here are two of my favorites from the day.

18 Months

I can't believe it has been a year and a half already, time flies by and then you wonder what happened!!!

Family

I took a picture of Brian tonight and then got one of Lizzie so I decided to make it family night on the blog!! So here they are Brian, Lizzie(the DOG) and Maggie(hers is from last night but still cute) ! Not much going on here still plugging away at the weight watchers and still losing, slowly most of the time, but it didn't go on in a week and it isn't going to come off in a week. Trying to work on a new scedule for blogging and working out it doesn't work too well when I end up trying to download 300+ pictures. Well I am off to work out Pilates is calling my name!!!

Our little lefty was coloring tonight before I took them away because she was eating them I should take a picture of the orange crayon it has no tip what so ever and is chewed on......

The next picture is of Jamie and her cute girls I tried to take a feet picture but that didn't work out so well but I love this one, such cute blonde girls. Anyway off to bed I am wiped out! Good Night!
